Dear guests, finally we at Club Costa Vacanze Hotels we are ready to welcome you. We have missed you during these months, but we had to organize ourselves in detail to guarantee you safe and pleasant holidays.
We have made and will make every effort to ensure that our services are provided in accordance with the regional hotel protocol, to protect your safety and the health of all.
In the common areas of our hotel we have placed some dispenser with sanitizing gel with alcoholic beverages and signs with the suggestions to follow to spend your stay in the hotel, respecting all the rules!
Also remember to keep the right social distancingby both our guests and our staff!
If you feel like sitting in our elegant living room with TV area or any other common area, do it in total safety: the we will clean several times a day with alcohol-based cleaners.
Your health, even in your room, is assured: before your arrival, the rooms will be sanitized to allow you to rest without worries.
In all our rooms, the tables will be spaced each other in full compliance with the rules, ensuring adequate safety and comfort during meals.
The restaurant service will be with buffet served and not self-service, for any request just ask our staff.
If you wonder if also this year you can enjoy our aperitif, participate in the weekly party and let yourself be conquered by the typical Romagna dinner, the answer is absolutely yes.
Also this year we have maintained the agreement with our beach and each family will have its own umbrella and two sunbeds, properly spaced and sterilized every guest change.
Our pool will also be open and automatically treated with chlorine sanitization. The beds will be sanitized and spaced out, while we'll quota the entrance.
Children will have an exciting and fun holiday thanks to our entertainment.
The kids club and activities will be organized by age group and the children will be divided into small groups in shifts.
The activities will be carried out outdoors, respecting the right distance both towards the animator and between one child and another and after each turn, the material used will be sanitized.
